Ricky Ross

is the Haven Park chief of police. Like every cop at Haven Park, he’s got a spotty past. Ten years ago he was Shane Scully’s partner in Los Angeles. “Freeway’ Ricky Ross used to like to get drunk after work and wave his gun at drivers on the L.A. highways. One night Shane witnessed Ross accidentally firing his weapon at a driver. Shane turned Ross into LAPD’s Internal Affairs and almost got him fired. Ross’s alcoholism eventually did get him axed from the force, but he always blamed Shane. Now, he is Shane’s new boss at Haven Park. Is it payback time?
