Alonzo Bell

is a large muscle-bound corrupt cop who works at the Haven Park police department. Years ago, Alonzo was fired from the LAPD for almost beating a suspect to death. After Shane resigns from the LAPD, Alonzo helps him get a job with the Haven Park police. Like most of the Haven Park cops, Alonzo is “on the grind,” cheating citizens and neck deep in city corruption. Alonzo becomes Shane’s guide (and partner). He teaches Shane how Haven Park cops ticket legally parked cars and have them impounded, plant evidence and beat up citizens… but how long can this “friendship” last?
